ICP Monitors

The New ICP-Monitor is equipped with rechargeable batteries. It can run independantly for more than three hours. Also it has displays for systolic and diastolic ICP and a zeroing function for connected bedside monitors. It is compatible with all the Spiegelberg Air-Pouch probes. In combination with the Compliance-Monitor it can monitor both ICP and Cranio-Spinal Compliance continuously, automatically.

The New ICP-Monitor can be used in a stand-alone fashion, with an ICU monitor, with the Spiegelberg: Compliance-Monitor or with the Spiegelberg: CPP-Monitor.

The New ICP-Monitor has all the features of the Air-Pouch technology:
° The patient gets in touch with the sterile probe only.
° The probes are inexpensive.
° No electrical connection to the patient.
° The device is most simple to use.
° No error due to hydrostatic pressure. No need to adjust the pressure transducer to the height of the Foramen of Monro.
